Active Liver Leads the Way: New Nordic Taps Retail and Response as AOR for U.S. Expansion

RICHMOND VA. New Nordic Inc., a global leader in health and beauty, has selected Retail and Response, LLC (R+R) to spearhead its ambitious U.S. growth strategy for 2025. With sales soaring in over 45 countries, the Swedish-based health and beauty brand is doubling down on its U.S. presence after a year of record-breaking results with Active Liver, its top-performing liver health supplement."

“Over the years, we’ve worked with a number of different agencies,” explains Jan Petersen, New Nordic’s General Manager, North American Operations, “But we started working with Buck Robinson on our U.S. radio and television strategy about a year ago, and since then, we’ve seen a dramatic impact on our U.S. sales, both online and in stores.”

The New Nordic U.S. marketing strategy primarily focused on Active Liver, an all-natural liver health supplement, as the leading product.  "Our Amazon sales of Active Liver doubled in just one year following the introduction of the strategic radio campaigns that Buck put together—it’s proof of the power of pairing smart media planning with a standout product. I’ll admit that we were skeptical at first - but now, we are true believers in the power of radio for our products."

In addition to Active Liver, New Nordic also has 2025 marketing budgets set for several of their other largest D2C products, including Hair Volume, Hair Gro, Blue Berry Eye Vitamin, and more.  “Now that we have the right marketing agency and media strategy, we are more excited about the growth potential in the U.S. than ever,” Petersen says. “We really expect to see significant growth in 2025, across a number of different products, and we are also hoping to add more national retail partners while continuing to expand our Amazon sales through enormous organic search volume driven by radio exposure.”
